Reservations: Minimum reservation of apartment or villa is 2 days (3 days in high season) and is possible at least 3 days before arrival.
The reservation will be confirmed upon payment of a 30% deposit. In case of cancellation, the entire deposit will be retained. Please settle the remaining payment 5 days before arrival.

Arrivals: The apartment will be ready from 3 pm on the day of your arrival.
Departure: Please leave the apartment by 10 am on the day of departure.
Cancellation: In case of cancellation, the advance payment is kept in full.
Means of payment: Cash, direct transfer.
The price includes VAT.
Tourist tax is not included in the price.
All prices are in EUR and are valid for renting a unit/apartment per day.
